What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

i need to get rid of the facial hair on my lip because i am about to start a new school and i dont want to have an upper lip thats hairy! then people are going to make fun of me! its very embarrassing!!=[

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

Tweez it, wax it, shave it, or more permanently remove it through electrolysis.

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL WHEN U START A NEW SCHOOL U DONT WANT TO LOOK GROSS AND UGLY SO WHAT I WOULD USE IS NAIR TO TAKE IT OFF IT WORKS!HAVE FUN AT YOUR NEW SCHOOL!

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

Don't shave it !!!!

you can bleach it, or you can get it wax

go to a nail salon they will do it its quick and like $5-7 bucks

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

uhh wax it that always works :)

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

Nair or waxing

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

In Walgreen's/CVS/ Rite Aid depending on where you live most of these store have them, it's a razor type tool but no blades that would actually cut you. It's cheap and good

8 in 1 Wet / Dry Trimmer, Model Number 5545-300

Many people will say to use Nair but at your age this is not good to get dependent on that, it can irritate the skin and age it faster.

Wax isn't good at your age either

DO NOT SHAVE IT!! THAT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING YOU CAN DO.

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

I use wax strips. It gets rid of the hair for ages and it doesn't make it grow back stronger. If its any consellation so many women get it and stress over it, even the good looking ones. To get rid of it permenantly apparently electrolysis/lasering is good but I've never tried it.

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

tweeze or wax it. DONT go to a nail shop though, those people aren't licensed to wax so go to an esthetician. They are not much more expensive than a nail shop!

What are ways you can remove facial hair from you upper lip?

girl I have it too! but its okay- you have different options

1- Bleach it...

There are a lot of good products for this, and it is probably the least harmful. The hair will still be there but it won't be noticeable, and you only have to bleach it every other month or so (try Sallys beauty supply for bleacking products)

2- wax it...

This is also a really good idea and the nair strips are best (you can get them pretty much anywhere- I normally get mine at Target) The only thing is you may have to wax it every 2 weeks

3-pluck it..

just use tweezers. I would try one of the other 2 options first though..

4- shave it.

Ive done this a couple times when I was desperate. If you need to get rid of the hair fast- like your about to go on a date do it...but it does make the hair more coarse and darker (looking) than before later on

hope this helped!! good luck..

How much does laser hair removal typically cost (facial)?

I have an excessive amount of facial hair and Im tired of living inside because of the embarresment.

I need answers and help if you can.

Who should I see? (ive heard spas cost the most and shouldnt be considered)

How many treatments does it usually take? I know everyone is different, but.. how many treatments did it take for you?

How "permanant" is this?

Was it worth it for you?

I heard it works best on dark haired people with lighter skin?

Any info you can give me would be wonderful.

No info on waxing or home kits please. Been there done that. Ive had enough with the crap at cvs and other pharmacies.

How much does laser hair removal typically cost (facial)?

Well this might help. I have a friend of mine who is a transexual, so anything I tell you will be the most extreme since this person was once a man. He went to aplace in Cincinatti, Ohio. I do not know where you are from but I am sure there is one close to you. The treatments for the face were usually about 150 per visit and he was completely hairfree on the face in about 5 visits. As you said everyone is different so I do not know how much facial hair you mean, so it could possibly cost you less and take less treatments. As far as length, I am about 80 percent sure it is completely permanent, and I would think more so with a lady who is not by nature supposed to have facial hair. Either way I hope I have helped.

How much does laser hair removal typically cost (facial)?

$0.99 at the dollar store

How much does laser hair removal typically cost (facial)?

At my dermatologist's office, it's about 250 for laser hair removal. You have to let your facial hair grow in first, which is why I haven't done it yet. You can shave the hairs off just use witch hazel right after or you'll get bumps. I am curious to see everyone else's responses, because I would love to get it done I just can't let my facial hair grow in, that's embarrasing.

How much does laser hair removal typically cost (facial)?

Many plastic surgeons either do it or work with people who do it. It should be 200-300 dollars a visit, and can take anywhere from 3-5 visits to completely get rid of any hair, meaning it will never come back. I've never had it but an indian friend of mine had the same problems you have and loves it. She said it was pretty painless and was totally worth the financial investment. I'm not sure about the working better on light skin dark haired people, but it definitely worked well on my friend and will work for you, too!

What's the best way to remove facial hair without shaving? (for guys)?

I've always had fast growing facial hair - ever since I was 13 years old. It's a little silly shaving everyday because most of it's completely grown back just a few hours later.

I've taken a look at home Laser hair removal kits as well as electric shavers - sadly neither of these made much difference, so what options have I got left to me?.

I don't want to do something that'll discolor my skin, but I hear that waxing might not be a bad option - how long does this usually last? (and is a home waxing just as effective as a professional one?)

I've also been reading up on Yahoo Answers about electrolysis - is this a better option than waxing, and does it cost more?

What's the best way to remove facial hair without shaving? (for guys)?

lazer hair removal would be the best option(go to a professional though, dont buy your own kits)...trust me ive had it done..its kinda expensive but youll be glad you did it!!

What's the best way to remove facial hair without shaving? (for guys)?

well i dont like to shave so i use Nair hair removal. It really works and it grows baq after like a week.my hair grows fast too.

What's the best way to remove facial hair without shaving? (for guys)?

laser hair surgery is the ultimate solution. try waxing first

What's the best way to remove facial hair without shaving? (for guys)?

I always like the flexibility of changing my look. Clean one week, rugged looking the next, beard and mustache the week after. Pehaps you might want to try experimenting with styles which longer facial hair.

Waxing and chemical hair removers like Nair will remove the hair by the roots, so the hair will take longer to grow back. I think that might buy you like 2 or 3 days. Home waxing is the same thing as professional waxing. Of course, and it hurts just as much. Imagine pealing duct tape off your skin.. that's basically the feeling. Helps to have someone else rip it off quick.

Electroysis and lazer hair removal is somewhat costly compared to shaving. However it's permanent if you're looking to stay baby smooth for the rest of your life since it kills the hair folicals under your skin. I never heard of any guys getting this, seems somewhat gay to me.

Any female out here ever had her whole facial hair removed?if so what methods did you opt for?

i.e. all facial hair meaning teh whole face, not just eyebrows being plucked, upper lip, lower lip, chin and sides but the whole face? let me knw thanks coz i dont knw how to go about it? i have dark hair and so its kinda noticable but not so much. its survivable but i dont seem to like it persoanlly. i dont like bleeching coz it stands out even more as my skin colour is not too fairish and waxing, well my one of my mates had lil spots all over frm every hair pore on her face so she was covered and so im not sure. im talking about forhead, cheeks, chin, sides of face etc. let me knw thanks.

Any female out here ever had her whole facial hair removed?if so what methods did you opt for?

Go for threading, but instead of going to a salon and spending a fortune use this hair remover called eze-tweeze which like threading and waxing removes the hair from the root but is much less painful and you won't get the spots. Check out their website which gives you the full description of what it is, all I can say is since using it I have not touched wax or a thread to remove the hair on my face.

Any female out here ever had her whole facial hair removed?if so what methods did you opt for?

Hi

You should go for waxing. Its the method that will last the longest - should last up to 6 weeks. I know you said your friend was covered in spots from it but this is very rare to happen. I have senstive skin and wax my upper lip and eye brows and its fine. Its red after so its best to have it done at a time when you will be staying in for the night etc to let the redness go. You would be best going to a salon as its most of your face you want doing. However you can buy some very good ready waxed strips for face in drug stores - that work really well and are very easy to use.

Good Luck

X

Any female out here ever had her whole facial hair removed?if so what methods did you opt for?

Try threading. Have it done at a salon.

Any female out here ever had her whole facial hair removed?if so what methods did you opt for?

laser light therapy at your local beauty salon is probably best as with multiple treatments it becomes permanent so you wont have to go every 4 weeks or so to be waxed. I have used it on small areas on my face. Best to discuss with your local beauty therapist who will tell you the pros and cons of each option.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

I am still shaving. I have tried bleaching and waxing and it doesnot work for me. I can't afford to laser remove it.My face looks like a male with dark hair and I get shadows in the afternoon.I even quit shaving for about 2 days and applied alot of makeup but it didnot help!!Can anybody help me with this problem??I am embrassed with my facial hair!!

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

Lazer treatments is the only thing you can do, I believe. It's expensive but I would think it would be totally worth it.

The only problem will be is that you have to let it grow out to a certain length prior to the treatments - I feel for ya, hon! I hope it work out.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

O, im so sorry, thats is somthin very hard to deal with because you cannot hide it. maybe this has somthin to do with your natural testosteron not being countered well enough by your estrogen, ask your doctor about birth controll to help your body counter extra testosteron.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

im sorry 2 here that (ewwwwwwww) anyway lazer is the only option and again im so sorry!!!!!!!!!

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

I would say to save the money up if possible and have it laser romoved...I don't think there is any other option...unless you talk to a professional about the waxing thing...all the money you put into waxing and shaving could be saved and put into a fund for laser hair removal. In the meantime, get an electric shaver you can take with you and keep shaving it. Hope all works out for you!

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

wax it. i have really bad hair on my face and recently i got fed up and waxed it. It made my face really dry and really zitty for an entire week and a half. but now i dont have facial hair. the skin stuff has to go away eventually. Laser treatment would be the best, though. waxing sux.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

Electrosis (sp?) would be the best thing. Since you can't afford that, buy yourself a good pair of tweezers--that have a flat edge. Go to work pulling them out--it will hurt (you could try freezing the area first), but the hairs will be slower growing back in and also they won't be so brittle. They will be lighter and thinner--but you have to be persistent and keep tweezing. Good Luck. (Applying hair remover helps, but not in the long run. Tweezing is best).

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

Laser treatments are probably the only way to go. If it is just your chin the costs shouldn't be too too much. I have had my chin, legs, underarms and bikini done. I am on a payment plan, no interest for 1 year. It is almost paid off. The credit card company I use is called Care Credit. But it is only worth it if you plan on paying the bill off within the 12 months. If you can't possibly do that, then I would suggest not to bother, the APR is outrageous. And start saving my dear, it is sooooo worth it. My self esteem is much better now. I still have body hair that I don't want to have in certain places that a female, I feel shouldn't have, but compared to the way I used to look, I can deal with it now. Good luck to you.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

I know how you feel, I am cursed with dark hair on my face. I've recently learned it's especially noticible in natural light. So far everyone has said lazer. I could never do that, I heard it hurts heh. If you really want to get lazer just save up. You did say you waxed and it didn't work. What wax did you use? I use the Nair wax strips for the face, and they work pretty good. I do hope you good luck in getting rid of it. I know how bad it can be with facial hair.

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

Try this

www.bebeautiful.com/product/309415

it's called Epila Laser Hair Remover

I have a BIG problem with my facial hair!Last year I made a mistake by shaving my chin.?

Please shop around for a good laser treament center that has payment plans, that is what I did and I the same problem. Don't listen to people who say that they "hear that it hurts" if you can wax then this little bit of tingle will be so worth beautiful smooth hair free skin forever!

Are Buddhist monks allowed to have facial hair? beards?

are buddhist monks allowed to have any facial hir at all? i know they can't have any hair on their heads, but maybe like a beard or something?

Are Buddhist monks allowed to have facial hair? beards?

Yes.

I've know some fuzzy monks. The bald head thing is traditional. Another word for traditional is old fashioned.

Originally, shaving your head was to unattach yourself from your civilian role. Now a days, modern monks can easily be attached to their roles as being old fashioned monks with their heads shaved. At this point, it's better not to concern monks with their hair at all, this way there is nothing to be attached or unattached to.

PS-I'm talking about Zen monks, real Zen monks.

Are Buddhist monks allowed to have facial hair? beards?

Nope, they can't have any hair on their bodies....no kind of hair, if you know what i mean.

Are Buddhist monks allowed to have facial hair? beards?

The lama I used to hear for lam rim teachings had a goatee-sort of thing. He was a little crazy, though, I must say...and he was even one born, raised, and went through his training in Nepal. (One of his favorite stories was about how he and another potential monk broke out of the monastery one night when they were about 15-16 and went off to see movies...)

How come i dont have much facial hair, is there a cure for this?

all the males in my family have great facial hair and can grow a full beard. all i can grow is a moustache and a goatee and a little on the sides and the cheeks. none on my neck. what is up with this?? is this some stuff from the the chemicals from all the wars and stuff weve used over the years to stunt some people genes??

How come i dont have much facial hair, is there a cure for this?

How old are you? If you are still a teenager early 20s you could start to grow more facial hair.If not-who cares most women like men clean shaven or with just a mustache anyway.

How come i dont have much facial hair, is there a cure for this?

Those chemicals are called genes.

Perhaps you're more woman than man?

How come i dont have much facial hair, is there a cure for this?

You don't have much male hormones. Just accept it as natural. Everybody is unique and different.

Only monkeys need to have lots of hair on their face to be natural.

How come i dont have much facial hair, is there a cure for this?

there are some mens tips on here you might find what yr looking for %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;

Walk on your hands people will think you have a alot and a long nose

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

I am currently shaved clean, but I can grow a really nice dark shaggy beard. Like those 5 o clock shadows some actors grow out. I am the typical tall, dark, and handsome type. I love wearing all styles of clothing anything from Hollister clothing to a funky indie hair style. I recently decided to grow out that little patch of hair underneath my bottom lip and right above the chin. Is that sexy or corny. Ladies you probably have seen this and I was wondering if it is appealing to ya'll. If not what are your favorite type of facial hair grooming. I will not accept clean shaved as a answer. Gotee or Long Sideburns perhaps? Skinny Sideburns? What do you like on guys?

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

Nothing turns me on more then a perfect done gotee....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

go- t's are hot

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

side burns and a little, I mean very little facial hair.

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

I don't really like the little patch below lip

I think it seriously looks gay (no offense)

I love the 5 o clock shadow....kinda like justin timberlake or MOS DEFFF like that Chris Richardson guy from American idol

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

5 oclock shadow is super sexy! Grr

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

I'm a very little facial hair kinda girl.

Need a Girl's perference on guy's facial hair features.?

Actually hun, it depends on what your face looks like. (*seriously*) The way a person's face is shaped and their facial features really makes a difference. One of my Ex's from college had a goatee, thinner sideburns...then shaved and just left a soul patch...then went clean with larger sideburns...it was all hot. Chris Daughtry (American Idol) has a versatile face like that also.

Now on the other hand, my hubby would not look good with facial hair. It just doesn't suit him. My advice...try one out and then go to a bar/club/outdoor venue and ask some ladies there. Most women would love to help! :-)

Does using a bikini trimmer on your facial hair make it grow thicker or/and darker? i need to find a

I have tried waxing my facial hair, but my mom wont do it for me and i need to find a way to take care of it myself. I have way too much hair to pluck it, and I cant afford electrolysis. Shaving is out of the question. HELP!!!!!

Does using a bikini trimmer on your facial hair make it grow thicker or/and darker? i need to find a solution!

Waxing is your best bet. Salons will do it for cheep.

The bikini trimmer thing is the same as shaving. If you get rid of the hair that way, it will eventually turn into a daily event AND you risk ingrown hairs (yuck and OUCH). When your hair grows back, it will be coarser/prickly until it grows out completely. Don't go there.

When you get older, save up for laser hair removal. It works best if the hair is dark and your skin is light.

How do I get rid of excess facial hair?

Of course every guy has facial hair but I have an excess amount. I have soft but noticeable hairs on my nose, on my cheeks, and around the bags of my eyes. It's pretty embarassing and I think it's causing the acne I have been getting all these years. help!

How do I get rid of excess facial hair?

A medication which ive stopped has given me facial hair. had a steriod in it. will the hair go away?

medication called PANAFCORT.to prevent allergy breakout. Side effects facial hair. acne, hot flushes plus more.i got most side effects. acne is clearing. I took it for about 3-4weeks. ive stopped for 5 days. will the hair just go away.how long???? it's very stressing.

A medication which ive stopped has given me facial hair. had a steriod in it. will the hair go away? how long?

if it was a long term use usually it would take up to a year to get out of your DNA, but only taking it for a short time(like 3-4 weeks) it should go away in about 3-4 weeks.

What the heck is up with my facial hair development?!?

Alright, I'm 17 years old, and I have tons of facial hair, but it's all on the underside of chin- I have almost nothing on my cheeks and moustache area...WTF?? I don't really have sideburns, either, it is ALL on the bottom of my chin area and down to my neck. I wouldn't be worried, if it didn't seem like my face was lagging behind big time. I had severe acne before, and I have a lot of scars now, so maybe my hair follicles got messed up or something? I took Ritalin for three years before, and I was a vegetarian for several months- could these have messed up my growth??

What the heck is up with my facial hair development?!?

You're only 17, no worries man.

Your body still has so much development to go.

Also, some people just take longer to fill in. On the other hand, you may never be able to grow a full beard. Many people have patches where they are unable to grow hair at all.

Ritalin is suspected to hinder growth/development, so it is possible that you *may* be lagging behind because of it's use. It has never been known to stagnate growth though, so you shouldn't expect that you'd never grow out the hair because of it.

Your vegitarian diet for a few months wouldn't have messed up your growth permanately either. Vegetarian diets in and of themselves do not cause such things. An improper vegetarian diet maybe, but I would classify that under malnourishment regardless of what diet you were under. In any case, there would not be anything significant in three months time that would make you not grow hair.

And no, hair follicles do not grow back within scar tissue. Still though, surely the entire surface isn't a scar is it? Surely you'd have some hairs here and there sticking out from between the scars.

For areas without scars just wait and see. You have a lot of growing still yet, and best of luck to ya bud.

What the heck is up with my facial hair development?!?

You don't worry about it, when I start dating my husband he was 17 and had the same problem..........he started to grow it evenly when he turns 22(more or less)so.....don't worry be happy!!!!!

What the heck is up with my facial hair development?!?

hun, not really everyone grows hair in different places. I mean, One of my friends (female) has back hair. Pretty disgusting, huh?

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

I have lot of hair on my chin (thick and black) and less thicker on my face, i feel embaressment, i want to get rid of them,

Can i use the philips hair removing machine to remove the facial hair. it dont work like shave or razor, infact this machin have lot of tweezers init. what u people recommend, Have you any other cheaper source ???????????? (except laser and electrolosis)

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

hmm, are you talking about an epilaptor (sp?)? cos if it is one of those, then it's not advisable to use on your face. I think it would be good to use those wax strips for facial hair (Nair or Veet)..try it! they work!! ;))

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

Use a wax. Nads is good and there are lots of them at walmart and the beauty supply store. The beauty supply store is the cheapest and they will help you with how it is used. My daughter has thick ones also and she used the wax from the beauty supply that comes in a small tin. Don't remember the name but I know it cost about 2 dollars.

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

Yes you can. It's called a "weedeater" and is available at most fine hardware stores.

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

of course

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

the idea that when u have thick black hair in ur chin and use a tweezer , they increase instead of having 2 u will have 4 , this what happened to me but i still use it!! but u can go to a saloon and they can do it for u with something called fatlah, its like a thin threader ( wool or cotton used with the kitting kit!but depend in what country are u .

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

why not

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

If I were you, I would use wax.

Can i use the same machine to remove "facial hair" which i use for arms and legs?

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods. Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. A review of the various hair removal methods is available at

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

Women of certain ethnicity have more visible, thick facial hair, and I am not taking about hormonal imbalance or any diseases or conditions.

For example South East Asian, Mediterranean and Mid Eastern women have more prominent facial hair growth, it閳ユ獨 not JUST the colour of the hair either, brunette European women in contrast don閳ユ獩 have that much facial hair, especially on the sides of the face.

Do you have any theories as to why this could be?

I am thinking along the lines of geographical %26amp; climatic factors.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

its just genenics, and most women get it when they are older.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

They were last to evolve? More male hormones than other nationalities?

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

two words will answer that. though they may seem weird. sexual selection. that is what the guys liked from say 100yrs ago to well 10000yrs ago. it is just recently that guys decided they like fairly hairless women. it could also have formed in this brief storm of ice ages as an actual advantage, though sexual selection is much more likely.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

Perhaps its an "accident" of evolution, being that these cultures have rules of covering a young unmarried woman's face, therefore natural selection based on appearance does not take place. Many countries arrange marriages by offering doweries etc to encourage men to marry them.

This theory is based on the assumption the the men of these races wouldn't like facial hair if they saw their future brides face beforehand.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

During human migration facial hair was a protective mechanism against the harmful rays of the sun. As we migrated out of Africa losing our need for pigmentation we acquired hair for protection.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

The ears need to be protected from UV rays, wind, heat, etc. depending on the survival necessary. Later on, lack of hair was considered attractive--maybe due a sign of vulnerability.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

There shouldn't be. Humans are all so closely related that facial hair can easily be explained by chance lineages within our existing gene set plus a mutation or three. For there to be an evolutionary theory, you would also have to show the existence of a group and selection within that group.

When you try to define what you mean by " South East Asian, Mediterranean and Mid Eastern women" well enough to say they have more visible facial hair, you run into the group problem and probably a circular definition - e.g. " I know they're Mediterranean because they have coarse facial hair."

To show selection, having defined a group that is different, you would have to show a difference beyond chance in the survival of offspring of group members that did or didn't have the trait.

Only at that point should you begin to think of causative factors. Otherwise it become another case of what "everybody knows" being, in fact, wrong.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

Sexual differentiation goes further in some races than in others. Not only do different races have various degrees of sexual differentiation, those races that have _less of it_ can swing either toward androgynous or toward gracility.

In the example you mentioned, the women have pronounced facial hair, which is usually considered a male secondary sexual characteristic.

But other races might be somewhat short on differentiation the other way; i.e., the males might lack facial hair and/or have the gentle contours of face that are normally considered feminine.

Still other races differ with both the foregoing sorts by having strongly differentiated genders: viva la difference! Basically, the answer to your question is: racial differences exist.

Any (evolutionary) theories as to why women of certain ethnicity have prominent facial hair?

Sexual selection is the technical term. Arbitrary beauty standards can influence and amplify slight variations if they are in place for long enough.

I need a trimmer that's good for precise facial hair cutting, for things like shape-ups, g-line

I have looked at the Andis line of trimmers, but i'm not sure what i should be looking for when i buy a trimmer. Its for home use for myself, not for professional use. I am going to use it for shaping facial hair. I want one that is easy to use, precise, powerful, good quality (lasts a long time), and won't give me problems. I would also like to use it for trimming my facial hair. Also, it has to have a t-shaped head. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who hav

goat-tees, etc, and if they want their players to feel a bit more relaxed, instead of like an uptight Wall St. banker, why not do away with this stupid rule? Obviously, it isn't working anymore for them. They haven't won a WS in 7 years. The Red Sox, who allow facial hair, have won 2 in the past 4 seasons. In order to compete with their arch-rival, maybe they should 86 this stupid rule, you agree?

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

It's a dumb old rule, but players usually want to play for NY so much thatthey don't mind neatening up to do so. If it came down to it and they were hindered from signing a player they really wanted just because of that rule, they would get rid of it... it just has not come up yet.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

It's a silly rule but since the yankees more than make up for it by overpaying free agents to a disgusting degree. I don't think the players mind shaving or cutting their hair. Look at Johnny Damon, he's the perfect example. He sold out all the fans that made him a superstar for the $$$... because it certainly wasn't for the ring!

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

Oh yeah, I'm sure the reason the Red Sox win is because they allow facial hair.

/end sarcasm

You're an idiot.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

Wow - you read this answer in a question a few minutes ago - now there are three questions asking this. Original for sure.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

I would have to agree with the top 2 posters... I don't think that no facial hair is stopping any free agents.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

It's a standard that's been there pretty much since the Boss bought them in '73. It doesn't matter but I will repost a comment from earlier to Hockey Guy:

As far as the question about the goatee being the deal breaker, let's look at the logic on this. Okay you're Santana and you have a goatee. There's this team with 26 world championships offering you millions and a shot at a WS ring, which by the way, when you look in your jewelry box you have several seasons of 1 and done jewelry and that's all you have to show for the talent you have expended. (Theme from Jeopardy starts playing) you're thinking let's see big contract or goatee, big contract or goatee, gee I better take some Exlax so I can think better.

And as far as Damon is concerned, it wasn't Boston or the fans that made him good. He was already decent when he left Oakland.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

Let the players do what they want. If a guy can hit 40 hr's, but wants a goat-tee, let him have it. If a pitcher can give you 20 wins but wants a beard, let him keep it.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

Management sets the standards they want their players to live by and the players are expected to comply. If they don't like it there are 29 other teams that might want to employ them.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

I'm not a yankee fan by any means but they had this rule back when they were winning so I don't think it has anything to do with it. Baseball is a job to these players, if you leave your job for more money and that company offers you more money to look clean, of course you'll do it, you may not like it but you'll do it. All in all, the yankees not winning a world series in a while goes deeper than just this little rule.

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

It's tradition though. If they let players be shaggy, then I would probably begin a nation-wide petition to make them put names on the back of their jerserys like every other team that isn't as "special" as they are do.

And just because I'm curious, what free agent can the Yankees NOT lure right now because they refuse to shave? If Randy Johnson and Johnny Damon could do it...

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

Actually that's one of the only things I like about the Yankees. Their players always look classy - clean cut. So many players (and people) today look like homeless people. Its a matter of self-respect. Liek they told Giambi and Damon, "You are a Yankee now, look like one."

Should the Yankees axe their no long hair/facial hair rule? If they want to land free agents who have beards?

For the right amount of $$$...I'd shave anything so I don't think a player's decision will be made to keep his beard over a ton of money!!!???

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

what is best to do for unwanted facial hair?

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

Laser. It's permanent. You'll never have to shave, tweeze, wax or pluck ever again.

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

i pluck. when i save up money i'm getting them permanently removed by electrolosis.

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods. Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://www.hairremoval.in

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

THREADING or WAXING

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

i have a really light unibrow.

i tweeze that. and like all girls

i have a mustache but mines

really dark so i use a hair

remover you can buy at CVS

i won't tweeze that because it

really hurts. i have tried wax

before thats also a good choice.

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

try twizzing or shaving. But if it's really bad you may have an inbalance of hormones, go to the doctors and they can fix it for you..::)

Best thing to di for unwanted facial hair?

You could bleach it

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

Like facial hair that is shaped up by a barber.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

Usually a girl perfers nice smooth skin instead of that icky prickly or hairy moustash or beard, if you REALLY think you look better with the facial hair then go for it! What have you got to loose?

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

i love a man with facial hair.. as long as it isnt messy!!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

could go either way, i like facial hair, my sis does not so it depends on what kind girl you wanna attract ;)

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

i like a man that can pull off both facial hair and not..

thats sexy

but the only facial hair i like is.. a mustache/gotee..

o baby does that make me horny!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I think facial hair is very sexy!! Anything from the scruffy not shaved for a few days look to a nice mustache and goatee. I like manly looking men and this just adds to it...=)

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

As long as it doesnt tickle or scratch them when the kiss you, so that kinda hard to pull off, also depends on how old you are

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

not really!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

i personally love a moustache on a man but i hate beards

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

no ew facial hair is disgusting. unless it is like peachfuzz. i guess. but if you insist on having facial hair, make sure to put conditioner in it to make it soft :)

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I prefer clean shaven men. That smoothness goes a long ways in many different areas....get it?

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

it depends. some guys look great with facial hair. they should never shave the hair off. (shaped up facial hair of course!) and other guys look better without facial hair. it depends on each individual guy. i personally love a guy who can rock a goatee!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

in general...NO

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

That is totally dependant on the woman. I personally don't like facial or body hair at all, but that's just me!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

Clean shaven is great. But a little face fur is ok, as long as it's not an entire huge beard. It depends if it looks good on the guy.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I don't like it....my husband has a mustache but it's not a very comfortable thing...I like clean shaven guys.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

Facial hair - clean facial hair - shaped by a barber, recently!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I hate facial hair on guys, it itches and hurts my face. Mind you...I have long hair and I hate my own hair touching my face also

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I think it depends on the guy.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

That is different to every woman. I personally like facial hair on a man, as long as it is kept trimmed nicely. I find it very sexy. Then again, I also love a hairy chest. But there are women I know who prefer a clean shaven face. Don't worry about what we want. It is your face. Wear it the way you like it and what you are comfortable with. A woman who truly loves you will not care one way or another.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

No facial hair

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

To me if a guy (man) keeps up with his facial hair, then he looks

good in it. But if a guy (man) shaves and it doesn't look good

Then I call him pussy lips. But if he looks good with or without it,

then it don't matter to me.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

I can't speak for other women, but I prefer a clean shaven face. I hate beards. I think they are soooo gross. They stink and is it any wonder with all the particles of food and such that accumulate in them. ooooooh!

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

depends on the woman.

i personally hate it. i think it looks even worse when it's shaped, like geometric sideburns and whatnot. and for the love of all that's holy, don't get a mustache anywhere near me. i've never seen one pulled off successfully. they make a man look either stuck in the 70's, or like a creepy perv.

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

DEPENDS IF HE KEEPS IT MAINTAINED

Do women prefer men with facial hair or no?

my boyfriend has a little bit and he is really sexy with it! but his brother on the other hand is not! some men can pull it off , others can't. want to be safe? shave it! but if you like to live on the dangerous side, keep it!

also! not like a beard or a mustache either though... yuck! i know it sounds weird, but my boyfriend has a little patch under his chin... when he keeps it not to trimmed but not all scraggly it is hot! but i have yet to see another man pull it off. hmmm!

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

i want to use cream but they dnt work...is there any good facial hair removal cream for sensitvie skin

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Nair facial cream for sensitive skin. I use it all the time. It works really well on soft to coarse facial hair and doesn't break you out. Don't use regular Nair for the body, it's too strong and will leave your face broken out and irritated, use the Nair Facial cream

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Have you tried laser hair removal? It's the only way to go that is permanent. I use Sally Hensen hair remover for my upper lip and that works great, it's not permanent but it works.

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Don't Shave!!!

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Try a different brand of cream - they've always worked for me. Then, use Aveeno simply smooth every day in between. It slows hair growth to keep it away.

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Use a razor... unless you want to go to a laser clinic and pay the buck for 6 -8 treatments. Everything out there is pretty temporary even laser. i did found an Aveeno hand cream that has soy in it that lessens hair on legs and face, and improves the texture of your skin, but it takes time its not an overnight thing.

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

Definitely, DO NOT SHAVE.. it just only makes your hair much more thicker and darker.. I would certainly recommend either trying out "threading" once again.. its natural.. but I can understand it can get pricey especially if you want the whole face threaded.. I personally do not like any kind of hair cream on face because of irritation/rash/ and it just grows back as rough stubbles like a man's beard.. If you could deal with the pain, You should try veet waxing strips or nair waxing kit.. both only $6 bucks at target or walmart.. some on the box says you can use for the face.. double check that! but at least your hair won't grow back for weeks from that..

How to get rid of facial hair at home without thread/wax?

If you have a fair to light complection and the hair is dark enough, laser is an effective treatment.

I can only grow partial facial hair. how can i get it to grow full?

all my life i;ve only been able to grow patchees of facial hair.... how can i get it to grow so i can have a full beard with mustache?

I can only grow partial facial hair. how can i get it to grow full?

my son has the same problem as did his dad and grandpa before him ;as it;s in the genes.. he finally just grew a goatee which suits him and his girl fine,,,girls don;t really care for guys with a face full of hair anyway ; but maybe you could make a goatee or mustache also,,,maybe someone one here will have some tips for you also,,,good luck and have a good day,.,.

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

Is there anything bad about getting several days worth of facial hair waxed (besides the pain)?

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

Their isn't anything wrong with men waxing their face. Lots of men are doing it.

Waxing is often better than shaving. When hair is waxed it grows in slower and more fine, meaning stubble isn't a daily problem and the skin stays smooth much longer.

I have never heard a woman complain that her man's face was too smooth. Stubble and beards on the other hand are constant targets for feminine criticism. Don't let other men make you feel bad for wanting to wax your face. It's not like you're getting a Brazilian or something. You're just using another method of hair removals besides razors.

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

Unless you have very sparse hair, please, do not do it. It's going to hurt, might leave scars and pigmentation, trust me, I work in beauty business and wax people for living. Report It

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

maybe just some red to the skin, but waxing is so ugly lookin on a guy, either shave downwards, or use some nair, or laser surgery

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

do want a face like a babies ***?

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

well of coarse they could

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

Two words: trauma and infection. Think density not pain.

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

yes just get some "after waxing" lotion to reduce redness. and there is nothing bad about waxing it is recomended to have about 1/4 inch of hair before waxing.

Can guys wax their beards/facial hair (if they could stand the pain)?

Waxing is temporary hair removal method.

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

Is it normal for a 17 year old male to have absolutely no facial hair

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

13 on ,it can happen

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

It depends on your gene's some guys get facial hair at 12 or so, some never get a whole lot. By the time your 30 you'll be glad you don't have a heavy beard.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

yes usually indian men have no facial hair.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

I think at 17 having no facial hair is a little unusual, unless you are east Asian, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you aren't Asian, I would get your hormones checked out by a doctor and see if you are in the normal range.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

im 13 and have sideburns and mustache, and sprouting hair on my chin

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

my brothers 18 and he hasn't had any get. generally fro13-23. there are some men in 30s that dont have it get.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

Yeah, normal. Not all guys grow facial hair, for one thing. A whole lot of guys never have full beards if they do grow facial hair, so they can't grow a real beard becuase the hair comes in splotchy. Just heredity. I had brotherinlaws that didn't shave until they were about 20, typical blonde, blue eyed norwegian stock, no chest hair either. Me, I started shaving when I was 13, had porkchop sideburns at 14 and could have grown a full beard if I wanted to. I think out of my senior class of 14 guys (small school) only about 5 of us had full facial hair growth, everyone else was shaving, but mostly shaving peach fuzz even then.

Best source to answer your question: your dad, granddads, uncles, brothers, male 1st cousins if you have any of the above. They are closest to your genetic makeup, so could best answer when you should expect to start shaving. Keep in mind your mother may be from hairy stock, while your dad could be from stock that has little hair, or vice versa. So one side could be tall dark and hairy and the other tall light and hairless! And you are the mix that could go either way.

What age do males normally grow facial hair.?

i started getin mine when i was 10 now i shave

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

Why am I getting facial hair on my chin? How do I get rid of it?

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

If you have just started getting facial hair, then it might not be a good thing. Its called hirsutism and might be part of a condition called PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome..other symptoms to look out for are obesity, and irregular mentrual periods. You should definitely talk to your doctor about it even if the hirsutism ends up being benign, atleast you will know. He will check your DHEA levels..

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

some birth control and muscle supplement are the cause check whatever you are using for side effect or it might hereditary

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

Hirsutism. Hormonal imbalance. Either you can go for Laser or they have some hormone correction treatment.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

if it's a little bit, don't worry so much, if it's a lot, see the first answer. get rid of it by (painful) electrolysis.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

ask your doctor i think this is a new thing

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

wax it all off a few times. DONT SHAVE IT!!!!!!!!

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

Women do get facial hair, especially based on hormones. If this is new, you should talk with your family doctor. Some women with age tend to get chin hairs, usually when estrogen is lower. Best advise, ask a medical person.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

I don't know what 34 y/o means, but every one gets facial hair, it's just that boys get it more than women do but even women get it but some hair is darker colored so it shows up more.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

look at your grandmothers and mother. it's probably hereditary. I worked for a cosmetic laser company for a bit - it's so very common but women all think they are the only ones

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

get your hormones checked, and also check what kind of medicine you are taking, such as birth control. Hair growth on face for females tends mean that they have a little more testosterone.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

:) Join the club! I know I started to get it soon after I had a baby (at 34). Are you a new mom? I thought it might have something to do with a hormonal change.

As for getting rid of it. Temporarily - shave it or pluck it or wax it. Then, save up for laser treatment. I had a co-worker who had it done - she said it was painful to her, but it works beautifully.

34 y/o female getting facial hair?

well for starters you need to consult your doctor because your hormones could be out of balance

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas

i noticed this when i was given a certain contraceptive pill from the doctor, i no longer take this pill as i started with very unsightly facial hair that covers my top lip and most of my neck and i put on three stone. i have asked my gp and her answer was use a cream and live with it - tried crem and i am allergic, any alternative remedies that any of you know about? please help as a 36 year pld woman this is driving me mad thanks x

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas for cure?

instead of trying to get rid of the hair you could try bleaching it or getting it lazored off? im really sorry to hear about your problem %26amp; i cannot imagine how hard it is for you. perhaps there is a drug a GP can give you which increases female hormones to get rid of the hair or something? perhaps a change of doctor may open new ideas? hope this helps %26amp; good luck xxx

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas for cure?

have laser treatment. u can do this at most beauty places its more effective than shaving n plucking

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas for cure?

There is waxing, electrolysis or lazer. I would have a few problems with excess hair myself, I tried electrolysis but it made my skin react quite badly so at the minute I am using waxing, but I am hoping to invest in lazer removal. I did ring about it once and apparently the darker the hair and the paler the skin the better it works.

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas for cure?

it sounds to me like you may have polycystic ovary syndrome (or whatever the exact name is) as this can make you put on weight and have excess hair growth. i'd suggest looking into it and seeing your gp about it. as for gettign rid of the hair try facial wax strips x

I have a problem with facial hair, its really rough and some of then grom under the skin, any ideas for cure?

I can only ask what cream you were told to use. I have PCOS and have been prescribed Vaniqa (Eflornithene) and It really does work on the hair. It takes a couple of months to actually work but it does. It gives me a rash similar to shaving rash every now and again but its nothing that's extremely noticeable. I have been told that electrolysis is good but unfortunately with the amount of hair I have (its very similar to your description) it would cost me a fortune.

Good Luck!

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

I'm 25 and have uneven facial hair. I'd ideally like to try a topical remedy to apply to even it out. Anyone have this problem before or see something that works?

I thought shaving more often would work, but it doesnt :(

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

It depends on what you actually have to start with. If you have enough hair, but it grows at different rates, then you need patience. Trim the parts that grow too long and wait for the rest to catch up.

But some people, and I am one of them, have sort of a patchy beard. There are just too many thin spots where it will never grow in enough to look good. I have had a mustache for a long time, but a beard just won't work on me.

As for all the hair growing potions you might see being sold, they all have one thing in common: They don't work. Wait, I take that back. They have TWO things in common: They don't work, and they cost a whole lot of money. Save yourself from wasting your hard-earned bucks on stuff that sounds cool but doesn't do anything.

Good luck. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. I wish I did--I'd use it myself.

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

Just don't shave

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

Just let it grow and trim the faster growing parts more often.

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

I agree! Don't shave!

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

That's really two questions. But if you want to grow facial hair, stop shaving. But keep in mind, that any facial hair growth will cause your face to itch, even all kinds of weather and taht you'll need to keep it trimmed.

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

no shaving twice a day helps it grew mine in in the army and im part native and we dont get hairy on the face much or buy rogaine for the scalp its about 120. dollars a month and use it to treat the face a lttle at a time but it will come if you shave twice a day

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

eeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww

I would like to grow facial hair. Any legitimate suggestions?

just let it grow and you will have a face full of whiskers

How log does it take facial hair to grow?

What mean to ask was how many days, months, years, or even weeks does it take to grow facial hair? (i.e. beard, gotee etc)

How log does it take facial hair to grow?

I think it all depends on the person. Some people grow hair over night literally. I think mine takes awhile to grow. But people who know me and see me daily tall me my hair grows fast. In the winter I let my hair grow as well as growing a full beard. During the summer I shave my head and face. I do keep a van dyke. Either way I find that I need to sahve every other day. As far as length I can;t really tell ya that. But it does grow quick enough

How log does it take facial hair to grow?

what pigg said it all depends on when you hit puberty

my friend had a mustache when he was in 5th grade..well it wasnt a fully grown stach but it was still better then alla ours

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

ok so my doctor wants to put me on the pill and i noticed that some girls that are on it have facial hair does that really happen wen ur on birth control please help cause i am gonna go on it soon

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

it can cause different side effects for different people.. i know one very common side effect are brown spots that form on your skin (though i don't remember what its called). Also severe migranes are another very common side effect and facial hair can be.

Best way to know is to try it out for a little while if you notice any side effects you should be fine and they should go away on their own, as long as you stop the pills when you first notice. u should be fine though good luck =)

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

It shouldn't.

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

It did not happen for me.

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

It definitely shouldn't. Unless it has testosterone which is a male hormone. BC pill makes your body produce more of the feminine hormone. So it would make no sense because feminine hormones do not cause facial hair.

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

i have never heard of this .i wouldn,t panic eventually as you get older and your hormones change your more likely to get facial hair then.i know plenty of people on the pill and there faces are as smooth as babies bums lol

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

sure can along with a few other side effects. they have a new thing now, they put it under the skin in your arm and it lasts a year or something. call planned parenthood. and if your on the pill, don't smoke. very bad....

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

not that i know of but it could make you gain wheight and mess up you having kids in the future and can give you breast cancer if it runs in your family i know cuz my doctor wanted to put me on it and once you read the affects it is not worth it just use a condom or if it is because you have a heavy flow and craps try a heating pad and Motrin

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

NO, they do not give you facial hair.

Most women who have facial hair ALREADY have it when they go on the pill.

I have facial hair, but it is from my PCOS, NOT the pill. I have had facial hair for 32 years. I have been on the pill for 14 years.

Does birth control pills give you facial hair?

IT CAN CAUSE SIDE AFFECTS,BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. NEVER HEARD OF THE FACIAL HAIR GROWTH THOW.

Guys, need some help with facial hair?

So I'm 16 years old, and have been shaving regularly for a few years. My question is, is it normal to have facial hair growth right under where your bottom lip is? I know its normal in the center under the bottom lip, but i have growth all the way across the bottom. Is that normal?

Guys, need some help with facial hair?

I have a small amount of hair under both sides of my lip. Its blonde which is funny cause all my other hair is nearly black. Its easy to shave off so its not a problem.

You gotta remember some guys have hardly any hair and others grow an extreme amount of hair. Nothing wrong with it.

Guys, need some help with facial hair?

That's your bro beard.

How do i get more facial hair?

i want more facial hair how do get it?

How do i get more facial hair?

Try shaving, where theres little or no hair.. its darkens it later on

How do i get more facial hair?

shave so it grows back thicker......

How do i get more facial hair?

it'll come be patient

How do i get more facial hair?

eat more onions! lol, they sa it works, but I've never tried it

How do i get more facial hair?

i dont think theres anythin 2 help that u jus av 2 wait lol

How do i get more facial hair?

Shave. There's this natural herb on the market called "horsetail" but I caution you to use it. It would make your hair grow faster, and ALL of it would grow faster.

How do i get more facial hair?

The only way to get more facial hair safely is time and body type. The more pale you are the lighter and less thick your facial hair will be. Though a myth that shaving more often will have it grow back thicker is mostly false Ive heard that you can open up more pores to allow hair follicles to come through by shaving. Facial hair growth is linked also to the amount of testosterone produced in the body. The more testosterone the more facial hair as well as other affetcs (deeper voice, muscle mass ect..)

How do i get more facial hair?

i would say shave

How do i get more facial hair?

just let it grow,is the only way i know.

How do i get more facial hair?

shave and open more pores also you have to quit jackin off because that releases testosterone from your body which you need to grow facial hair.

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

I used the finishing touch one time on my facial hair and it came back thick. I have also tried nair and sally hansend facial hair removal but when it grows back it comes out thick. Its embarrasing does anyone know of another solution or way to remove it so it wont come back thick? If i try waxing how many times do you have to try it so it will begin to come out thinner?

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Usually after a few times of waxing it, it will start to get thinner, but with waxing you won't have to worry about it coming back thick. You can also try the lazer thing. ^ ^and about his answer-shaving it makes the end of the hair blunt, so instead of tapering off at the end, it just stops.

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Contrary to the popular myth, shaving hair does not make it grow back thicker. There's nothing you can do unless you want to laser the hair follicles to make them stop growing back together. Now I do admit that it may seem thicker, but it just seems that way because it's prickly when it first starts to grow.

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Better try a laser removal of hair treatment. Its all in a day's work.Just one day in your life!

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Go to a cosemetologist and get it waxed.

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Something that pulls by the root like electronic epilators or waxing followed by Jergen's Naturally Smooth lotion.

Or you can try laser hair removal or electrolysis, but they are expensive

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

There are some places on my face that I would like to remove hair, however am not willing to experiment with it as the grow backs arent pretty. The only thing I am willing to do and recomend is to purchase a root remover. Its like a patch that you lay over the are of hair you wish to remove and it will remove it permanently with lazer, no fuss. I have heard of this product, thatt you could order with a credit card, that was quit awhile ago however dont know were to purchase it. Try asking some chemist. Good luck!

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

Simply wax. It makes hairs come in much more thing. Or for a more permanent procedure go for electrolysis. It totally stops hair growth after about 4 sessions.

What is the best way to take off facial hair so it wont grow back thick?

waxing and hair removal cream doesnt make it grow back as thick

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

She wanted me to ask. A month ago, a friend of mine has got facial hair show up on her face, it's blond and small. It's on her forhead and side of her face. She is in her 20's and has been having hot flashes. What is causing this?

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

Tell her to go see her doctor and request a prescription for Vaniqua.Vaniqua is a cream available only by prescription for unwanted hair growth.

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

Sounds like menopause but she is too young. Please tell her to go to a doctor because something is wrong and the sooner she can go see a medical doctor the better.

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

I do not know exactly what is causing this but she needs to be a medical doctor and then perhaps a specialist. An endocrinologist would be my guess.

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

A lot of things could be causing this, but it sounds like some kind of hormonal problem. She should make an appt. to see her doctor. It could be signs of early menopause (can be treated with meds) or possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome (also treated with meds).

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

I wolud say menopause. But maybe her hair is not connected to the hot flashes. She should see a doctor.

A girl Friend needs help , facial hair in weird spots and hot flashes?

considering her age, I would have to think it relates to hormonal imbalance. would strongly suggest that you tell your friend not to shave those areas unless she really wants whiskers instead of the soft fuzz there now

I am in full agreement with others when they urge her to seek medical information and help.

For the ladies: What do you prefer on a man. No facial hair, little facial hair, a lot of facial hai

It scratches my skin when kissing.

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair and am about 158-162 pounds?

im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair and am about 158-162 pounds. i am hoping to reach a height of atleast 6'4. my parents are about 5'7 and 6'2.5. my dad who is 6'2.5 has a mom of about 5'3 and a dad of 5;10. my 21 yr old sister is about 5;7.5. im wondering if i will reach my desired height and gain weight. could i still be in puberty due to the lack of facial hair, chest, jair, and arm hair. i do have pubes lol, arm pit hair, and little leg hair, but i think i could grow till past my 20s. also i drink loads of milk and eat tons of food maybe 4000 cals a day. and although i am underweight i am extremely strong. bench 170 for 10 reps, and 235 max help me please.

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

Not to worry. When I was 16, I was 6' and barely had pubes. Didn't really have much facial hair until I was in my 20's. Eventually grew to be 6'5" and have the normal amount of body hair for an adult man and a heavy beard. Wish I could go back to not having to shave every day! Some guys are just late bloomers, despite the fact that they are tall. You'll probably keep on growing. Just stay healthy and let nature take it's course. Cheers!

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

that question is stupid, who cares about the other stuff. big deal no facial hair, if you want it just start shaving your bare skin, the more you shave the more it grows

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

everyone is different, some reach puberty early on, some don't until their almost 20%26gt; give your body time%26gt; it is still developing%26gt;

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

If you literally have about no facial hair then I doubt you will ever gain any. Don't factor that into puberty. Must just not have got the genes.

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

Despite you're 17 we notice a sort of ignorance about some topic. First, hair or height as well as any other body feature, comes out by genetic factors and then you can't change it thro nutrition! At last, at 17 your development almost will be getting its end.

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

WELL IT'S NOT GOING TO KILL YOU SO WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL.

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

your question is what..you want facial hair start shaving every other day, shave your balls too.if you want too, i don't care..

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

don't complain about your facial hair.

I HATE SHAVING ! ! !

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

im not sure but i dont like guys with facial hair. so no worries!

Im 6'0- 6'1 and am 17 and 2 months i have no facial hair?

Disregard messages that say shaving will make your hair grow faster. That's bull! All you need is time and if your genetic code is programmed for hair then you will grow it.

My other thought is that if you are taking supplements for weight lifting, etc., you may be messing up your system with too many chemicals and an overabundance of some vitamins.
