i am chinese, and my grandpa has a beard like those old ancient chinese guys. i don't know he has hair like underneth the mustache connecting to the chin. but i don't think my facial hair isn't even thick and mature yet. i am 19.

I think you worded your question incorrectly. If you're asking when you will START growing facial hair, don't worry. Some men don't start having a full beard until into their 20's. Of course, I don't know if Chinese men are less hairy than people of European descent.
