i'm a chinese guy, 22 years of age, gonna be 23 in 5 months time. the problem is that i havent grow any moustache/ facial hair at all though it's like jungle down there. is there a problem with me? should i go see a doctor? is this low level of testosterone? what kind of doctor i should consult. smoke a pack of cigerate a day %26amp; use to masturbate once every day.

Nothing's wrong. I'm a doctor, and I can tell you that facial hair is a product of your genetics. Look at your parent's hair patterns. Does your father have a lot of facial hair? How about your mother's father? This determines whether you'll have any. Generally speaking, Pan- Asians never have a lot of body/facial hair. It's in the genetic code. This isn't from a lack of testosterone, it's just genetics. Also, the hair could take a while to show up - 22 isn't an age that this process ends, so be patient.

Also, it is worth noting, that masturbation, which is actually good for you, doesn't have anything to do with growing hair. And in patients that are LOSING hair, they are encouraged to STOP smoking. The smoking steals oxygen from the blood and restricts veins keeping nourishment from getting to the hair follicles. There are a million other good reasons to quit smoking, but it absolutely effects healthy hair growth. You don't need a doctor - you just need to wait. It may take as long as 30 until your hair patterns show up.

I am white and was the same at your age. Being Chinese you would have less hair anyway. Don't think you are not attractive because of it. You sound lovely. Give up smoking

Nothin to worry about. Depends on genetics. Usually the chinese n the japanese have less hair.
