I have the same problem myself and can not use Nair creams etc I break out really bad! For one have you been check out for PCOS???? That is a syndrome that women can get that causes facial hair and hair in other places too. There is medication that HELPS a little to allot depends on the person it's called Glucaflodge (SP) sorry... for this condition.

Also waxing is another alternative check out "Sally's" stores if you have one in your area and salons may sell you the wax they have all types of wax on the market for sensitive skin types.

Best thing though is ASK YOUR DOCTOR about this problem he or she can suggest and help with blood work due to this is a hormone problem... Bottom line is hair will always come back no matter what but you can have it controlled so it don't come back as much and irritate your skin.
