It's genetic there really nothing you can do.Try shaving to release the closed hair pores. I don't know how much that will work but it's worth a try.

There really isnt anything you can do...its just in your genes...its just how much testosterone you have...but you both are young...you might get thicker hair as you get older...but just like girls who cant permanently get rid of there facial hair...you cant make more grow...its just how your body is...
