What can be done for someone whose laser facial hair treatments did not work?

I know a young girl who is depressed and forced to shave facial hair after five laser treatments that burned her face and did not reduce hair. Any suggestions for a treatment course?

uh. just wax? you'll get used to doing it a lot eventually... I suggest parissa hardening wax.
